Add a unique accent to any project or stabilize a crack or gap with these handsome Blue Pine Inlay. These Skinny Mini Wood Bow Ties are precision cut by laser and measure 2.5" wide by .65" tall, are 1/4" thick, and come in a sets of 2, 4, or 8. Both sides of the wood are planed and sanded to a smooth finish. Because these Thin Wood Bow Tie Accents are cut with a laser, they will have black charred edges.

Blue Pine is a soft wood that is made purely by nature taking it's course. It is also known as blue stained pine, or beetle kill wood. The wood we use for this is harvested off the forest floor in the Rocky Mountain Range. This wood can vary quite a bit in it's coloring from natural light pine color with streaks of blue to overall blue coverage.

Skinny Mini Bow Tie Jig/Template: We do have a template/jig available for these Blue Pine Accents. Either select the package that includes the template, or you can purchase the template separately in our shop. To use the jig, use clamps or doubled sided tape or a combination of the two to keep it from moving. Rout the perimeter of the template then the inner parts. The thickness of the jig is 0.22". With the Bow Tie inlays you will have to clean the corners with a chisel.
